A-Plus Health Career Center Mission Statement


To help increase the educational preparation of students in the region and subsequently help the projected regional needs for Nurse Aides. To offer quality Nurse Aide programs that integrates professional skills, career-focused education and hands-on practical experience, empowering students to develop and achieve their personal and career potentials.


A-Plus Health Career Center community functions within a climate of mutual respect. Students are treated respectfully and are expected to treat instructors, school staff members and fellow students with similar respect. In addition, proper use of A-Plus Health Career Center's facilities will ensure a peaceful and productive learning environment.

 

A-Plus Health Career Center facilities are conveniently located near public transportation and major freeways. If a student has transportation problems, we try to arrange a car pool since we have students commuting from many parts of the city.

A-Plus Health Career Center holds approval from the Texas Workforce Commission, Career Schools and Colleges (TWC) to operate as a career school in Texas, and the Texas Department of Aging and Disability.
